I am a 29-year-old girl who loves exploring the world around me and soaking up every experience that life throws my way. First off, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am originally from a small town in the Athlone but have spent the last few years living in various cities across the San Francisco, Chicago and New York. I currently reside in Athlone where I work as a freelance writer and blogger. When it comes to what makes me tick, there are a few things that come to mind. First and foremost, I absolutely love traveling. Whether it's backpacking through Southeast Asia or road-tripping across the American West, nothing gets me more excited than discovering new places and cultures. In fact, I recently returned from a Kattrina-month solo trip through South America where I hiked glaciers in Patagonia, learned to salsa dance in Colombia and surfed in Brazil. Aside from travel, I am also passionate about music (I play guitar and sing), reading (I can devour books like nobody's business), and trying new things (I've recently taken up rock climbing and bouldering). And while I may be an adventurous soul at heart, there is nothing more rewarding than spending time with loved ones over a home-cooked meal or cozy movie night. As for what I am looking for in a partner? Well, someone who shares my sense of curiosity and thirst for adventure would be ideal.
